Graphic Design Services

Welcome to Magic Rose Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or using our graphic design services and accessing this website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Use of the Site
By using our Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All graphics, designs, logos, and creative content produced by Magic Rose Services, LLC remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing. You may not reproduce, modify, or resell our designs without prior written consent.
3. Services
We offer a variety of custom graphic design services, including (but not limited to) branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital assets. Services are outlined on the Site or agreed upon in writing before work begins. Timelines may vary depending on the scope of work.
4. Payments & Refunds
All pricing is listed in [USD] and must be paid in full before final files are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For any services over $100, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost.
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., logos, copy, images) and clear direction before the project begins. Timely feedback and approvals are required to maintain project timelines. Delays in communication may result in timeline adjustments or additional fees.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our designs, including lost profits or business opportunities.
8. Third-Party Content
If your project includes third-party fonts, images, or elements, you are responsible for securing appropriate licenses. We are not responsible for misuse of licensed content by the client.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and use your data.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
